We’ve all known or have been around guys that seem to just have “it,” and by it, I mean, they have a way with women that you WISHED that you had.  Seems like they can go just about anywhere and women want to meet them and be near them and you want to know what their secrets really are.  Well, you are about to discover some of what is behind their “natural” ability to attract women.

The fact is, most guys are not all that good at attracting women. Even some of those guys that seem to have that natural magnetic attraction with women, they put their time in and they learn what works to get female attention and make a woman feel attraction.   Now, some guys learn this at a really early age, and these are the guys that end up being those naturals.

Here are 3 reasons why some guys seem to attract women easily and others have a hard time:

1. Men that know how to attract women, know how to give off their own unique charm

Charm is one of those things that you really do not acquire without getting out there and developing it. You have to be social to gain that charm that women fall for, though there are some guys that seem to have a “shy” charm about them. Still, when it comes time to interact with a woman, you need to be able to make her feel that charm, so that she starts to get those feelings of attraction for you.

2.  They also know how to not care about the outcome

This is a biggie, here.  Most men, they act like that woman that they meet is the only one that they are ever going to come across, so if she rejects them, they are DOOMED.  Well, that’s a bit dramatic, don’t you think?  Guys that realize that there are a LOT of beautiful and single women out there, they usually don’t care too much if they get the girl or not, and that very attitude…helps them to get the GIRL!

3.  They also will approach many women, to find the high quality ones

Look, finding a high quality woman, a woman that is attractive, fun to be around, AND is not looking for a guy to support her is not that hard as long as you approach many women. You cannot expect to land the perfect job on the first try, so why would you think that you could attract the perfect woman on the first try? You need to get out there and make the approach, so that you get used to being around many different women and you NEVER feel like the right one is that hard to find.

It’s not easy swimming around the dating pool, especially, these days.

I’ve known people who have stayed years in a relationship with someone before figuring out they are sociopathic, psychos with a PAST.  It’s enough to make any once-extroverted socialite stay indoors and never go out to fish again.  With technology ever-evolving and the introduction of iPhones, the dating scene may have just gotten a bit safer.  Intelius, “a Background-check powerhouse” just announced it’s new entry into the 2-billion-apps-downloaded-daily iPhone market  with “DATECHECK.”  It is an application that allows the iPhones to be used to expose info people (ie. Your Date) may be hiding.

Once the application is installed the user supplies names and a telephone number to uncover criminal pasts, and current spouses even.  A SLEAZE DETECTOR feature in DateCheck searches, finds, and lists records of crimes, including drug arrests, sexual assaults, drunk driving, etc.  There is even a feature that shows current living situations, to see if your date has a roomate, and who it is.   Of course it will have the common features of a compatibility application such as astrological signs, and will even search online for their Facebook, MySpace, flickr, and LinkedIn pages to gather information as well.

So if your date passes the “SLEAZE DETECTOR,” the next step, OF COURSE, is to find out how much he/she is worth right?  Well, you will be able to with “NETWORTH.”   That’s right even as the gorgeous specimen of humanity sitting across from you is mentally tabulating the right tip, you can discretely find out, via your iPhone whether they can even afford it.

DateCheck for iPhones will be available in a few days online at Apple’s online APP store.  In a few weeks, we will see this app for other smart phones, and then a version for you Blackberry users toward the end of the month.

There are so many dating websites out there that you begin to feel like if you are a member of one then you are a member of all of them. Now granted there are some sites that are really awesome and offer several benefits to their members, but what about the new dating websites that are beginning to come on the scene?

How are these sites different from the dating sites of yesterday? How are they making it easier for the people on them to find love? Well, there are definitely some changes that have been made, but for the most part the game is the same, the approach is just different.

New dating websites are highly targeted

The thing with a lot of new dating websites is that they are highly targeted towards whatever group of people they are targeting. With old websites you pretty much had to hope that you were able to find you match within the website for whatever kink you may have had.

With the new dating websites they are unconventional as they will usually tell you up front exactly what to expect from their site. You will not have to do a lot of filtering because everyone there will already be highly targeted towards what you want. The only downside is that the membership might be a bit smaller and you’ll have fewer options.

Better features

Old dating websites had the basic features like e-mail and leaving a message on a chat board for the other person. Now there are so many ways you can customize your profile it is scary. You can add a video message to your profile. You can have a slide show of pictures; you can even talk to them via instant messaging until you get up enough nerve to call them over the phone.

You can also select your favorite profiles and send them all a message at once, you can do this in such a way that you can sort out all of the people who may not be interested and those who will rather quickly.

Unconventional

A lot of the new dating websites are very unconventional in the sense that they are offering services that no one else would have had enough nerve to take advantage of years ago because of the taboo that came with internet dating. There are certain websites that act as full fledged dating agencies to match you up with a mate.

The new dating websites will usually cost much more because they will offer you guarantees of successful matches. This is a statement no one would have made when the online dating scene was still in its baby stages.

New dating websites will continue to pop up everyday offering some unique feature that will make it even easier to meet people online. If things keep up at this rate pretty soon everyone will be using internet dating to meet their next potential spouse and bars will be a thing of the past.

WIRED Magazine’s online counterpart has created a new Wiki for information technology types about how to flirt with confidence. It follows, then that the Wiki should appear on a tech site and be written for tech heads by tech heads who understand the tech for updating the guide. Nonetheless, it provides a humourous and ultimately novel take on how to take the heat out of the server farm and into the bedroom.

Single ladies are mastering the art of flirting with their mobile phones according to research which has been analyzed at the Indiana University.

This research includes comparisons between men and women’s text messages which found women to be more provocative and flirtatious than their male recipients. This finding often contrasted a women’s face to face approach to flirting.

Single women found that using their mobile to flirt was easier, convenient, overcame shyness and they didn’t have to muster as much courage to flirt or ask someone out. Women also felt more comfortable flirting with men using online dating sites and chat rooms. So is gender to blame for this outcome? What is apparent is that many men were more comfortable than women flirting face to face therefore reducing their desire to flirt electronically.

A survey carried out which included Australian female singles who have previously been in long term relationships much preferred a hand written love letter compared to a text. Women in long term relationships often found text messaging less romantic than a real letter of love. That being said, statistics show that 73% of men and women had sent a text in preference to a love letter, with convenience being the deciding factor.

The most common text message Australians sent to their partner was “I love you” Whilst the purpose for texting may vary for singles and long term couples, another convenient and heavily used text feature is the use of emoticons. Emoticons leave no doubt as to the point you are trying to make.

So what actually makes a good text message? Using abbrevs, funny emoticons?  Neither.  In fact, shortening a text message to your lover indicates you’re in a hurry and have little time to stop and communicate with them which can sour any mood. Using a text the right way is a fast and very effective way to make someone’s day.
